Gender Equity Committee

Terri L. Weaver, Ph.D., serves as the co-chair of Saint Louis University’s Provost-Faculty Senate Gender Equity Committee. She is a licensed clinical psychologist and Professor in the Department of Psychology. Dr. Weaver’s academic, scholarly and advocacy work is focused on the mental and physical health impact of gender-based violence, with an emphasis on experiences of intimate partner violence. Her work is interdisciplinary in nature and research findings are leveraged to inform and advance trauma informed policy and to provide recommendations for holistic, culturally congruent systems of care for those who have experienced gender based violence. 

Jintong Tang, Ph.D., serves as the co-chair of Saint Louis University’s Provost-Faculty Senate Gender Equity Committee. She is  the Mary Louise Murray Endowed Professor of Management in the Department of Management in the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business.  Dr. Tang's primary foci as a teacher and researcher are entrepreneurial alertness, entrepreneurial orientation, and gender and entrepreneurship.
